Pink Caroline does not accept returns at this time.

A refund may be issued in special cases and must be approved. To request a refund, please email

Be sure to include your reason for requesting a refund, and include photos (if applicable). 

Refunds will always be granted if your package is lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, permitting there is substantial proof. Pink Caroline reserves the right to determine if a refund is appropriate in any and every request brought forth.

Sometimes, the carrier will allow you to print a return label. Please keep in mind that, if you ship your package back to us without first being approved to do so, you we cannot guarantee that you will be granted a refund.
